Life is sweet!

Everybody loves candy! Did you know that adults consume 65% of the candy that's produced each year? We love candy so much that we are regularly adding to 'The Sweet Suite', our candy corner located right inside Baby, Naturally! The Sweet Suite offers candy by the piece, featuring Nostalgic, Organic and Novelty Candies. We are also preparing to offer the latest trend in Occasions- Candy Buffets! This is a unique, fun and memorable way to entertain your guests. Candy Buffets are perfect for any occasion- Weddings, Baby Showers, Birthdays, Grand Openings and more! They look so fun and inviting that it really excites your guests! They offer a great alternative to serving an entire meal, and guests can take them in cute little containers as a favor.

I have fond memories of searching for cans and bottles as a child to cash them in for coins. Then we would head over to Don's Market and buy candy. I almost always chose a Chick-O-Stick. We have those! What are your memories of childhood candy?

  1. I received some chocolate from your sweet suite at my baby shower, and it was so good. I love the idea of the candy bar too, very cute! In the summers we used to go to the local gas station to get popcicles and candy, we each got five dollars to spend, it seemed like so much money back then!

  2. What a neat idea! And a good opportunity to use the lovely old serving pieces that most of us have (at least a few of) tucked away. People don't entertain enough any more.

Childhood candy--There was a "milk" store we'd go to that sold 2 gallons for $1.00 and at the little checkout stand--3 pieces of full size candy for 25 cents. Near our school we'd stop on the way if we had some change to "Bennett's" corner market--a neat OLD corner store where you could get your piece of candy. So many novelty candies back then--like the little wax bottles of "pop" and chalk-like candy "cigarettes"!!!
